Alexandros, Just last month, Turkey's President Erdogan threatened that Turkish missiles could reach Athens. From violating US sanctions laws to violating international law, Erdogan truly believes he is above the law. Now, with the new Congress in session, Erdogan thinks he should be rewarded for this behavior, continuing to demand the purchase of F-16 fighter jets and modernization kits from the United States, without any condition. We cannot let that happen. Turkey must not be able to purchase F-16s or upgrade kits unless and until it ends its belligerence in the Aegean and Eastern Mediterranean.
